Words you’ll see
The buttons, labels and order statuses in the app, with what each one means for you. Search in English, Chinese or pinyin.
Before you buy
- The big red price is usually the group price. Tap 发起拼单 (start a group order) to pay it. Other shoppers fill most groups, so you don’t need to invite anyone. If a group doesn’t fill in time, you get your money back.
- That price is often for the cheapest option. Pick your size or color under 规格 (options) to see what yours costs.
- Check when it ships. 预售 (pre-sale) ships later. 48小时发货 ships within 48 hours.
- Look at the item before you tap 确认收货 (confirm receipt). Confirming releases your payment to the seller.
- Most sellers ship only within mainland China. You need a delivery address there. WeChat Pay and Alipay both accept Visa and Mastercard cards from abroad.

Sizes, weights and prices
Chinese size charts use centimetres and 斤 (jīn), which is half a kilo. Type into any box and the others update.

Stand on paper and measure from your heel to your longest toe.
Foot length
Chinese shoe size = foot length in cm × 2 − 10. Brands vary, so check the shop’s 尺码表 (size chart) when it has one.

Waist 腰围
Trouser listings sometimes give the waist in 尺 (chǐ). 1 尺 = 33.3 cm, so 2尺2 is about 73 cm.
Prices 价格
This is a rough starting rate. Type today’s rate for exact prices. Screenshot results use it too.
Units you’ll see 单位
Food is often priced per 斤, and pack sizes use 装. A “5斤装” bag of rice is 2.5 kg, not 5 kg.
